Holiday Inn is effective in being a brand that represents quality and design. I think this brand communicates effectively with design to their costumers and those involved in the brand. They have many aspects of the brand that leave a lasting impression on the guests, such as: the service, the friendliness and relationships between guests and staff, the amenities in the hotel, the price and the locations. Because of these aspects, they promote guest loyalty and encourage guests to use their brand and company again. Their design is made perfect with their guest service, easily identified brand look and all Holiday Inn has to offer. They offer a specific price which directly reflects what they intend to offer those who are investing in their brand.
Because of these brand qualities that become so well known, it is easy for a guest and customer to recognize the brand and know what they will get from investing in the brand. Holiday Inn is able to promote loyalty to their customers based on their truthfulness and design features that make up their brand. The way people recognize and feel about a brand is based on their opinion and what impression is left on them after coming in contact with the brand of Holiday Inn.
